Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Your appointment is very important to me and it is reserved especially for you. This is why, in order to save your spot at any package, coaching program, or single session booked directly through me or Kalma, must be paid prior to the appointment or the start date of the coaching program

 

I know unexpected things come up in our lives. While I am truly sympathetic, if a client cancels without giving notice, they prevent another client from scheduling time with me. In fairness to all clients as well as to me: unless it’s a dire emergency, this cancellation policy will be in effect when the cancellation or reschedule is less than 24-hours prior to the appointment. 

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, OR MISSING APPOINTMENT

If a 1:1 coaching or wellness session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the session will not be refunded and the fees cannot be reapplied to another session, unless in case of emergency. 

If a session inside of a coaching or well-being package has been paid in full or in installments, and the client misses or cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours, the session will be forfeited, unless in case of emergency. 

“No shows” are considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will be applied. 

If Kalma (Lorena) has to cancel/reschedule your reservation, the cancellation policy will not be applied and the client can rebook without additional fees or request a full refund. 

REFUNDS OF SERVICES

If the client purchases any Kalma services (single session, package, or coaching program) by mistake or changes their mind, a full refund can be granted by request within 48 hours after the date of purchase. 

 

HOW TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

The cancellation of an appointment or the change of time and date can be done by canceling your existing appointment and scheduling a new session through lorena@kalmaspace.com or +43 6648678948. Cancellations or reschedules can only be accepted if they follow the rules established within this policy. 

I truly value the time and the commitment that we both invest when we agree to work together. However, I know emergencies or unexpected situations can occur. This is why I’m open to discuss the policy with you and consider any of your reasons individually.
